What to expect
Welcome & settling in
Group agreements
Creative time
A brief welcome, introduction to the group, and an opportunity to settle into the creative space.
We begin by agreeing how we will look after ourselves, each other, and the group space together.
You can choose from a range of art materials and work at your own pace. There is no right or wrong way to make art.
Explore & express
Closing
Art can provide another way to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You can talk about your artwork if you wish, but there is no expectation to explain or share.
Towards the end of the session, there will be time to finish your artwork, reflect on the session, and gently bring the group to a close.
Group agreements & guidelines

• You can take a break if you need one.
• Please respect the space, materials, and other people in the group.
• Please don’t photograph or record other group members without their permission.
